The AMAC Alex MacWilliam Real Estate family of agents are known and admired for their community involvement through volunteerism, funding, and support of numerous local non-profit organizations, student scholarships, and schools. Over $1.5 Million has been donated and tens of thousands of volunteer hours by agents, management, and staff to numerous, local charitable organizations since 1949. Here are just a few of many that have been, and continue to be, supported:
AMAC Collage Scholarship Application
Since 2000, Alex MacWilliam Real Estate has been offering five deserving local students $1,000 college scholarships.
To apply, students must be meet the following criteria and are asked to compose an essay about themselves and explain why they deserve a scholarship:
1. Incoming college freshman who will graduate from any Indian River County high school
2. Minimum 2.8 GPA (grade point average)
3. Minimum ACT score of 18
4. Must have attended an Indian River County High School for at least three years.
Applications are available at the link above and the deadline for submission is in mid-March annually. Actual deadline date is on the application.
